熒光式光纖傳感探頭介紹
光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)探頭(tou)由ST接頭(tou)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纜、末(mo)端感(gan)(gan)溫(wen)端三部(bu)分(fen)組成。ST接頭(tou)是與光(guang)(guang)(guang)電模塊的連(lian)接部(bu)分(fen);光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纜為(wei)(wei)傳光(guang)(guang)(guang)部(bu)分(fen),內部(bu)為(wei)(wei)石英(ying)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian),石英(ying)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)外部(bu)有(you)(you)涂覆層(ceng)和包層(ceng),最外部(bu)為(wei)(wei)特(te)氟龍保(bao)護套;末(mo)端感(gan)(gan)溫(wen)端含有(you)(you)感(gan)(gan)溫(wen)稀(xi)土材料,用于產生含有(you)(you)溫(wen)度信(xin)息的光(guang)(guang)(guang)信(xin)號;光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)整體耐(nai)(nai)200℃高(gao)溫(wen),外表直徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)3mm。長期(qi)彎曲半徑(jing)13.2cm。短期(qi)彎曲半徑(jing)4.4cm。光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)引出線(xian)對(dui)地距離為(wei)(wei)0.4m的情況下,耐(nai)(nai)受工頻電壓(ya)100KV,持續時間(jian)5min。
光纖傳感器分為三部分:①光纖接(jie)頭(tou) ②光纖 ③光纖探頭(tou),如圖所示
